That's why our waterproof 3-layer GORE-TEX® pro, with a membrane twice as thick as standard, is designed for superior breathability and outstanding durability.
And for maximum visibility and safety, the roll-away GORE-TEX® hood with Paclite® technology is finished in fluorescent material.
For when conditions get tougher, the hood features width and height adjustments to keep you dry and comfortable, along with a rigid peak and visor to limit the effects of spray.
Cold and wet are a sailor's enemy, so there is a high fleece-lined collar and hood crown as well as an inner and outer cuff design that gives virtual drysuit protection.
To ensure that the front of the jacket is impregnable during the harshest weather, there is a double storm-flap with a drainage channel covering the two-way YKK® zip.
Another comfort feature is the fleece-lined hand warmer pockets on the front in addition to the large cargo pockets with mesh drainage – the jacket is also mesh lined with an internal waist adjustment for extra comfort.
Safety is a prominent feature, with life-jacket attachment points that allow the life jacket and MPX jacket to be put on together.
In addition, Musto branded photo luminescent reflectors improve visibility in dark, overcast conditions.
